I was 28 and had been insulin resistant for years and diagnosed with PCOS, my hormone levels were unbalanced, I had irregular periods and was 50lbs over weight. I bought her keto start program and never looked back, I began to notice that every 6 weeks my body would change and reflect the progress that I had made with all the information from her program and videos. This Masterclass provides a lot more information and detail, I especially loved the portion of what items to shop for! In chapter 7, drinking with insulin resistance, I didn't realize that when our liver processes alcohol it is more likely to be stored as visceral fat (the hard fat around our belly). When I do have a beverage, which is only once in a while, I usually drink either Michelob Ultra or Prosecco. I am not a fan of liquor at all. I use to drink ciders before becoming a diabetic and when I checked the sugars on that my heart sank. I had no idea how much sugar was in those beverages. Anyhow, I enjoyed your Masterclass and would definitely recommend it to others!! Great resources and the way you broke down each chapter made it easy to implement and follow.
