Excellent course explaining the basics of insulin resistance and how to combat it. This course should be recommended by any doctor who treats patients for insulin resistance and type II diabetes. This is what I have been looking for instead of another pill and told "just keep trying." Concrete and easy to understand pricipals are presented by Kait. Thank you and I enjoy your classes and videos!

I had found Health coach Kait last September when I decided to make a lifestyle change. I was 28 and had been insulin resistant for years and diagnosed with PCOS, my hormone levels were unbalanced, I had irregular periods and was 50lbs over weight. I bought her keto start program and never looked back, I began to notice that every 6 weeks my body would change and reflect the progress that I had made with all the information from her program and videos. This Masterclass provides a lot more information and detail, I especially loved the portion of what items to shop for! I love when I can take a way a nugget from one of your chapters. In chapter 7, drinking with insulin resistance, I didn't realize that when our liver processes alcohol it is more likely to be stored as visceral fat (the hard fat around our belly). When I do have a beverage, which is only once in a while, I usually drink either Michelob Ultra or Prosecco. I am not a fan of liquor at all. I use to drink ciders before becoming a diabetic and when I checked the sugars on that my heart sank. I had no idea how much sugar was in those beverages. Anyhow, I enjoyed your Masterclass and would definitely recommend it to others!! Great resources and the way you broke down each chapter made it easy to implement and follow.
